For groups of 15 people or more, we have imagined a friendly and original activity, combining culinary discovery and exchanges with passionate producers. In partnership with two emblematic houses of the local region — the Domaine de Favard, specializing in duck canning, and the Domaine de Vielcroze, producer of walnut oil and operator of a truffle farm — we offer live tastings, right on our property.
Starting at €18 per person, your employees will have the opportunity to taste the best of Périgord, while exchanging with those who perpetuate these unique skills.

A moment of sharing in collaboration with our restaurant
This food entertainment is offered in collaboration with our restaurant The Monrecour Table, which sublimates all year round Local products. Tastings can take place before lunch or dinner, in a relaxed and warm atmosphere, indoors or on the terrace depending on the season.
A perfect educational aperitif to awaken the taste buds and whet your appetite, while discovering behind the scenes of emblematic products of the region: foie gras, rillettes, candied nuts, virgin walnut oil, and even, in season, the famous truffle of Périgord.
Meet passionate artisans
What makes this activity so unique is the presence on site of the producers themselves, who have come to share their passion, their history and their products.
• The Domaine de Favard, located in Tamniès, is a family duck cannery recognized for the quality of its traditional preparations: foie gras, confits, rillettes and other delights from the South-West. The ducks are not raised on site, but carefully processed according to recipes passed on from generation to generation.
• The Domaine de Vielcroze, also located in Castelnaud, is a reference in the field of artisanal walnut oil and truffle farming. Their traditional mill and truffle farm are visited every year by thousands of food lovers.
These tastings not only allow you to enjoy their products, but also to better understand the challenges of local production, seasonality, and the richness of the Périgord gastronomic heritage.

The Dordogne: An ideal setting to strengthen team relationships
Beyond the taste aspect, this activity was designed as a real highlight of team cohesion. Sharing a tasting, talking with producers, asking questions, laughing about a culinary anecdote... so many opportunities to create relationships in a different way, outside of the usual working environment.
It is also a good way to energize a seminar program : between two meetings or workshops, a lively tasting offers a warm and inspiring break. It can also be integrated into a study day, a corporate evening or an incentive trip.
