Bike rental
Domaine de Monrecour is now equipped with electric mountain bikes. Available for hire for 1/2 day, a day or a week, this new service will enable our customers to discover the Périgord in a different way! The Domaine's team will be happy to show you the paths and trails close to the Domaine, so that you can enjoy a ride with your family or friends in complete safety.
Available for half-day, full-day, or even multi-day rental, these bikes give you the opportunity to explore the peaceful country roads, forest paths, and cycle tracks that wind through the estate’s surroundings. Whether you enjoy leisurely rides or are a more experienced cyclist, you can discover the treasures of the Périgord Noir at your own pace: the majestic castles of Beynac and Castelnaud perched on their cliffs, villages ranked among the most beautiful in France such as La Roque-Gageac or Domme, the lush banks of the Dordogne River, or the famous prehistoric sites of Les Eyzies.
Our team is at your disposal to recommend routes tailored to your preferences and skill level: a family ride along the river, a gourmet itinerary to discover local markets, or a sporty loop through the wooded hills. Helmets and accessories are provided to ensure a safe outing, whether you are alone, as a couple, with friends, or with family.

Check-in starts at 3pm and our reception closes at 11pm (midnight in high season). If you expect to arrive outside these times, please let us know in advance.
Yes, we have electric recharging points. They are located in the car park next to the restaurant. They are multi-brand pay stations.
Our estate has two heated swimming pools in season (May to October). They are open from 9am to 8pm. Pool towels are available for our guests at the Domaine reception.
No, pets are not allowed on the estate.
We have 2 free car parks on the estate.
