A chef with an exceptional background

Arriving in Périgord at only 22 years old, Adrien Soro has become, over the years, a true child of the country, who has returned today to enhance all its flavors. Trained in the biggest houses, he worked alongside Joël Robuchon, Alain Ducasse and Hélène Darroze. A background that testifies to rare technicality and a strong sensitivity for noble products and the right taste.

But it is in Dordogne that it really reveals itself. At only 27 years old, he won a Michelin star at the head of the restaurant Le Domaine de la Meynardie, located in Paulin, in the heart of Périgord Noir. An achievement that left a lasting impression and made him one of the most promising young chefs of his generation.

After this meteoric recognition, Adrien Soro chose to enrich his career abroad: Morocco in the company of Hélène Darroze. These are all experiences that refine his sense of culinary emotion and his vision of products.

⭐ “The Awakening of Our Lands” menu — 85€

A 4-course intermediate menu that highlights the essentials of La Table de Monrecour. It offers a great overview of the chef's cuisine, with a gourmet, legible and refined approach.

⭐ “The Awakening” menu — 45€

A 3-course menu, designed to share the pleasure of gourmet cuisine in simplicity and sincerity. The spirit of Périgord finds its place there, with iconic products worked with elegance.

⭐ A Midday Formula

In order to open up gastronomy to as many people as possible, a formula specially designed for lunch will always be current. A faster format, but still demanding, ideal for foodies visiting, business lunches or estate regulars.
